| I've been taking my vehicles to EK for over 10 years. They always check for any mechanical problems and offer solutions to fix. I would highly recommend to anyone this is the place to go. I had a trouble light come on. They wouldn't stop until they found the problem. Best Service I've ever experienced. |

| Nothing prepares you for the day you see your car being towed to it's potential demise. A transition made easier by Adrian, John and the mechanical staff at EK Import. They were very thorough in diagnosing the many problems and giving me an honest assessment of the state of my 22 year "old klunker". Fortunately they were able to make it road worthy in order to give me the time to move on. Although it's been tough because, I love that vehicle, but with their patience, guidance and recommendations I've felt better equipped to tackle the used car market as not only my car was a bit rusty! I am grateful they sugggested a pre purchase inspection on my new to me vehicle, to identify issues that may not be immediately apparent. Think about it, would you ever purchase another used vehicle without one? And if the car dealer resists this request then walk away, because if they truly stand by their vehicle they would welcome the request or what are they trying to hide? Overall it's been a pretty stressful month for all the reasons stated above but made tolerable by Adrian and his team. My recommendation: listen to their advice and do your homework if only for the peace of mind and a smooth transition. And, they're usually right. Thank you guys! |
